Access to medical attention is often scarce for children living and working on the streets, which makes activities like these crucial in safeguarding their physical well-being.
Beyond healthcare, the partnership also ensured that children experienced a day filled with joy, creativity, and connection. Fun interactive games, along with a sandpaper drawing activity, helped the children express themselves artistically—encouraging imagination and emotional growth.
This collaboration highlighted the importance of holistic development: caring for the children’s health while nourishing their creativity and sense of belonging. The celebration continued with an empowering event on November 8, 2025, as PwC Acceleration Center Manila partnered with Childhope Philippines to bring meaningful learning experiences to 150 children at the Selya Covered Court.
The outreach featured engaging storytelling sessions that fostered imagination, comprehension, and a love for reading—skills that support children’s long-term academic growth. Storytelling also creates safe spaces where young listeners feel valued, heard, and inspired.
